Booking was easy enough and I didn’t feel like I was being charged extra for no reason. The results came back in a reasonable time, though there was a small bit of confusion along the way that I think they should acknowledge with an apology.

Overall, for the price, it did what I needed. It wasn’t anything fancy, just straightforward and decent value, but a quick sorry from them would have made the experience feel a lot better.

The main downside was the timing. It took longer than I thought it would, and I ended up checking for updates myself instead of feeling kept in the loop. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest one. I’d maybe use them again, but probably only if I wasn’t in a hurry
